Delivery

We deliver our Christmas Trees free of charge throughout Glasgow and Lanarkshire.

We only deliver to the following postcodes ML1, ML2, ML3, ML4, ML5, ML6, ML7, ML8, ML9, G1, G2, G3, G4, G5, G11, G12, G13, G14, G15, G20, G21, G22, G23, G31, G32, G33, G34, G40, G41, G42, G43, G44, G45, G46, G51, G52, G53, G64, G65, G66, G67, G68, G69, G71, G72, G73, G74, G75, G76, G77, G78. Our system will not accept payment for any other postcode. 

We aim to deliver all of our Christmas Trees in the first week of December. We’ll inform you of the date and time when we’ll be in your area. If you need to arrange an alternative delivery slot email us at info@scottishtreecompany.co.uk and we’ll try to arrange a time that suits you better. 

If you are not in when our delivery team arrive we can leave your tree in an alternative location such as your back garden or in a shed. Ideally, you will be present to inspect the tree and agree that it’s in good condition. 

Returns

Once you have inspected the tree and accepted it we can’t offer an exchange or return. If the tree has been damaged in transit or you do not like its shape, please do not accept it. We will be happy to deliver a replacement tree.

The tree requires to be cared for and as we can’t guarantee that you have followed our instructions unfortunately we can’t offer a return or refund for the item.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order please email us at info@scottishtreecompany.co.uk with your name and order number and will will process the refund.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service please email us at info@scottishtreecompany.co.uk and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
